Rough Cut (no reporter narration). ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican Donald Trump on Wednesday attended the official opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C., located just blocks from the White House. Trump said that with the exception of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the address of the White House, the Trump Hotel was the most valuable piece of real estate in the nation’s capital.
