Oklahomans are voting on whether to allow for recreational use of marijuana during a special election in the state, where medical marijuana has been legal and widely available to residents for years. The measure is supported by criminal justice reform advocates and the A.C.L.U. and opposed by Gov. Kevin Stitt and several law enforcement associations. Backers have raised far more campaign money than opponents.
