Representative David Schweikert is facing a challenge from two fellow Republicans: Elijah Norton, who has attacked Mr. Schweikert for past ethics and campaign finance violations, and Josh Barnett, who has been a vocal Trump supporter. But Mr. Schweikert has Trump’s endorsement and is generally regarded as safe.
