Jesse Wegman

Jesse Wegman joined the New York Times editorial board in 2013. He was previously a senior editor at The Daily Beast and Newsweek, a legal news editor at Reuters, and the managing editor of The New York Observer. In 2010, he received a Soros Justice Fellowship to write a book about jailhouse lawyers. He graduated from New York University School of Law in 2005. Before that, he was a producer and reporter for several National Public Radio programs.
